Collaborating with the Work Positive team since the early days, Pippa has thrived on using positive psychology to build resilience and to help other people thrive at work too. From working with the RAF to help families cope with the challenges of partners being away in war zones, to helping leaders adapt the climate they set via their mindset and behaviours, the journey has been extremely rewarding, and definitely a privilege. Most exciting for her has been the realisation that we all have natural psychological resources that we can grow when times are good, so that we can draw on them to help us when times are hard – our own portable tool box for getting the most from our working lives!!
Pippa is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and also a Registered Psychologist with the HCPC. She loves wading her way through positive and business psychology references (usually supplied by Martin!), to come up with ways to apply current thinking with teams and leaders at work. When she’s not boring her husband and two teenagers with positive psychology nuggets, Pippa loves to be out walking in the countryside or enjoying a meal with friends and family.
