Clare has been an assessment and development specialist since 1998, helping individuals and organisations to perform across Australia, Asia (Singapore based) and Europe. She enjoys nothing more than working with individuals to help them discover themselves and to open up new ways of looking at the world. Qualified as an Occupational Psychologist in Australia, much of her career has been spent at Hay Group where she was able to bring together insights into people and organisational process and structure to help individuals and businesses move forward. Outside of ‘work’, her three small children keep Clare busy. Now based in Surrey, true indulgence is the opportunity for quiet and a really good cup of coffee.
