Coaching for Success
Good managers manage, great managers coach
This introduction to coaching gives delegates the chance to develop knowledge and practical skills, so they can bring the best out of the people they lead. We’ll provide a basic framework for structuring a coaching conversation and offer practical guidance on when, where and how coaching skills might be used. We’ll explore informal ‘coaching in the hallway’ as well as more formal conversations such as those focused on career management, performance and personal development. But the main part of the workshop will be dedicated to practice, practice, practice!
An enhanced version of this workshop is also available, which includes practice sessions with professional actors. Please ask us for details.
