Want to know more about our Out-of-the-box Learning programmes? We’ve tried to answer some of the most common questions.

Quality Guaranteed

Our quality guarantee means that you can have complete confidence to try out one of our sessions. We’re sure you’ll be happy with the quality of our work, but if we don’t deliver the first of any workshop to the standards you expect, we’ll give you a full refund.

 

As long as you can organise an appropriate space it doesn’t really matter. We’re happy to run a programme in your offices, but if you’d rather we deliver it at a hotel in the Seychelles then that’s fine.  We’re very accommodating like that! 

All sessions require at least 6 people in order to run effectively.  We can usually cope with up to 20 people in a 90 minute session and the maximum number for longer workshops is 15 (so we can have better quality discussions). 

At the moment our programmes are only available for groups so we don’t have facility to sign-up individuals.  That might change in the future though, so let us know if there’s something you’re particularly interested in.

We’re happy to discuss how sessions can be tailored if they do not suit your needs straight out of the box.  This might include the duration or format (e.g. using co-facilitation).  Depending on the nature of the changes it may be necessary to make an additional charge. 

Charges for our pre-designed workshops are as follows:

90 minute sessions (from £38 per head)

  • 1 per day £1500 each
  • 2 per day £1000 each
  • 3 per day £750 each

0.5 day sessions (from £75 per head)

  • 1 per day £1750 each
  • 2 per day £1125 each

1 day sessions (from £150 per head)

  • £2250 each

Manager Academy Series (£750 per head)

  • £11,250 per programme (all 6 sessions).

Prices quoted are for sessions running in the UK and are exclusive of VAT and expenses.

When you book a session with us you’ll benefit from:

  • Pre-written communications for you to circulate to delegates
  • A summary of delegate feedback
  • Opportunity to talk to the facilitator before and after the session

Each delegate will also get:

  • A branded pack of learning materials to take away
  • Recommended reading and follow-up actions
  • Access to their facilitator via email after the session

Of course you’ll also have one of our fabulous team there leading the facilitation.

Although our programmes are grounded in research we put a lot of emphasis on making sure each and every session is engaging and practically focused. After all, there’s no point in people coming if nothing changes afterwards.

Some of our skills based programmes, such as Coaching for Performance, are available in an enhanced format where delegates get to develop their skills by working with professional actors.
